Do You Make Custom Items?

Custom orders are always welcome, please contact us with your requirements. Custom orders usually take between 2 and 3 weeks to make.

Can I Have an Item Personalised?

If you see an item you like in the shop it is often possible to create one with your name or initials added, please ask for details.

Can I Have This In Another Size?

All items are handmade from start to finish, so it is usually possible to create items that are a little bigger or smaller than the stock item, subject to material restrictions. 

How Do I Care For My New Leather Item?

Most items are fairly robust and will stand up to average or even prolonged rugged wear, however some items may have special finishes (suede, nubuck) or have decorative touches that require special treatment. Most hand tooled leather items will benefit from a clean with a neutral coloured shoe polish or dubbin every few months. If in doubt please ask, I am more than happy to help.

What Size Belt Should I Order?

Belt sizes are different to waist/trouser sizes. All belt measurements are given in the product description, however if you require a different size the best way to do this is to measure a belt you wear regularly, from where the buckle attaches to the hole you use the most, and provide me with the information. Providing waist/dress or trouser size may result in inaccuracies. Very roughly speaking adding three inches to your waist size should work, so a belt with the middle hole at 37" should fit a 34" waist. 

How Do I Purchase Something That's Out Of Stock?

As all items are handmade there is usually only one available at a time. When an item sells out I do try and replace it as soon as I can, but if I am busy with custom orders this can take a while. Please contact me if an item you would like to purchase is out of stock, I can then make this a priority.

How are Items Sent?

All items are securely packed for postage using strong boxes, or in the case of small items, padded envelopes. Items are usually sent by a tracked service. I post worldwide, but unfortunately have had to exclude some EU destinations due to packaging restrictions. From 13th December 2024 I am unable to offer items to the EU and Northern Ireland due to changes in legislation.
